My husband, the Love of my Life and I live on a mini farm where we enjoy spending time with family and friends. I retired in 2006 and I am loving it. My husband & I have 5 children and 5 grandkids. I enjoy dancing (including ballroom, western, clogging, and square dancing) I also love working on crafts of all kinds. (Knitting, Crocheting, cross-stitch, ceramics, tole painting, to name a few).
This is the cutest project to work on. It is made with the KK Flower Loom. My egg may have been a little too big for the pattern, but it still worked fine. You can get the directions at

The two child's hats were done for my grandson (the orange one) and my oldest granddaughter (pink/black) They were my first and second project with the red loom.
I've also made an adult hat for my hubby using the green round loom. He thought it was not warm enough, so I am going to try another one. Some suggestions I was given were to use one over 2 or when turning up the brim, make the hat longer and turn the brim all the way up to the top, where I would actually have double thickness all the way up
